What if self-work was as easy to access as ordering a takeaway?

Out Session isn't trying to be your therapist. It's about meeting people where they are in their daily lives - who are often busy, prefer using their phone and expect materials relevant to them.

We've removed all of the friction from CBT practice.

Out Session makes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy accessible and effective, whether you're practicing on your own or with a therapist.

Want to share but not disturb your therapist?

Preparing for a session is much easier. Before your session begins your therapist can check if you'd left any notes for them.

It's never been easier to work on yourself.

Your mind doesn’t learn through logic, it learns through repetition. Knowing what works (and doesn't) outside of session is where your therapist can help you best.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Out Session truly private?

Absolutely! Out Session does not require you to create an account and instead uses workspaces (created by your Therapist). Your therapist can alias the workspace with initials, client reference, etc. For our service to work we do store your scenario and worksheet generated.

If Out Session free for me - how do you fund the service?

We offer a membership to Practitioners for them to share with their clients (linked by workspace to maintain privacy).

If my practitioner provides me a workspace can they see my entries?

For every item in your workspace the default is private. Out Session was designed with collaboration in mind so there is an option to share with your practitioner and we're often told doing so can improve their sessions.

Our mission is to give everyone the opportunity to see things differently.
