Feeling stuck without knowing what to change

You wrote

I feel stuck. Not in a crisis way — just this heavy sense that I'm not moving in any direction. I know I'm not happy with how things are but I can't identify what I'd change. Everyone says 'what do you want?' and I don't have an answer. The not knowing feels almost worse than the being stuck.

It sounds like the question 'what do you want?' reverberates in your mind, almost hauntingly, as you grapple with not having an answer. It's like being asked to construct a map without knowing the destination.
