Feeling behind compared to peers
You wrote
I look at people around my age and they all seem to have things figured out — better jobs, relationships, homes, plans. I feel like I'm behind and the gap is getting wider. I don't even know what I want, which makes it worse because I can't even aim at anything specific. It's tough when everyone else seems to have their path laid out, and here you are feeling stuck without a clear target. You're noticing a widening gap and it sounds like it's adding a lot of pressure.
